 I hopped on the Huffy for a limited journey to the park this week. I’m thankful to see spring returning.

I rode all around for a bit and stopped in the rose yard to do a tiny creating, but birds saved distracting me.

I’ve been seeing much more cardinals more than the last couple decades. This just one was a wonderful surprise. He retained seeing me carefully. He experienced a mate, but she was substantially extra camera shy.

I never tire of watching mockingbirds. This a single was very the character.

This one was a shock –  a hen I had to look up – noticed towhee. (Click on the pic to see a shorter clip of it digging.)
